In Windows Server environment, whenever you are using Internet Explorer to browse website – below error will pop up!
Content from the website listed below is being blocked by the Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration
The solution will depends on your Windows operating system. Please follow steps accordingly.
Windows Server 2003
Close the Internet Explorer and open the Control Panel. Double click on Add or Remove Programs and choose Add/Remove Windows Components. Look for Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration and deselect the component check box.
Click Next and Windows will remove the component for you. Open the Internet Explorer back and the error should not appear anymore!
Windows Server 2012
Open the Server Manager. Choose Local Server and on the right panel, click the ON link next to IE Enhanced Security Configuration. Choose Off for both Administrators and Users groups. Click OK.
Windows Server 2008
Open the Server Manager. Under the Server Summary, click on Configure IE ESC. The dialog as above in Windows Server 2012 step will popping up. Choose Off and press OK.
