Symptom
You want to install SAP license on SAP J2EE engine (SAP Java).
Solution
1. Download the SAP license from the SAP service marketplace. Ensure, the file are correctly downloaded. Move the file to the operating level of your SAP J2EE engine.
2. Open the Visual Administrator. Go to Cluster > Server_XX > Services > Licensing Adapter.
3. Select “Install license from file” and apply the SAP license. Restart the SAP J2EE engine to apply the changes.

Above steps are tested on SAP J2EE engine 6.30.
