The user status is reset to the source user status

Procedure for System Administration
For the following reasons, the system might reject the change of the user status:
Your user does not have the authorization object B_USERSTAT to set this user status. Check the authorization code in the user status profile Customizing.
The minimum/maximum values in the status profile are customized so that you cannot go from the current source user status to the target user status.
The minimum/maximum values in the status profile are customized so that you cannot set the target user status because of the user status history of the document. The document has already had a user status whose customized minimum / maximum value forbids the current target user status.

An authorization check has been implemented in the BAdI ‘CRM_ORDER_AUTH_CHECK’ which forbids setting the user status. Check for any customer enhancements in this area.
