1. Launch the SAP system and from any screen – go to Help > Settings.
2. Jump to F4 Help tab. You can choose either Control (amodal) or Dialog (modal) for the display mode.
3. Below is the example if you choose Control (amodal). The display below is based on transaction code SU01, under Users by Logon Data tab.
4. This is for Dialog (modal). Both screen are having the same functionalities – it just only the screen interface is a bit different .
