USH02: Change History for Logon Data

Table USH02 is used to store all the change history for logon data. You can display the table entries via transaction code SE16, SE16N or SE17. You can also get the same output from transaction code SUIM. Select User > By Logon Date and Password Change.

If you are directly executing the table USH02 without filling any criteria, it will generate all the users inside the system. So, it’s advisable to filter the selection as example, find based on username.

Above example shows the logon data change history for user DDIC. You can double click or select on Details icon to display the information in more depth.
