Right click on the folder (or files) and select Properties. Tick on Hidden to hide.
If you have another folders or files inside, you can choose to hide all (Apply changes to this folder, subfolders and files). Else, choose Apply changes to this folder only.
To unhide the Windows folders or files, you need to enable the show hidden files first and follow the same steps as above (untick the hidden). You can follow below articles to display the hidden files.
