Using transaction code SE16N / SE16. Enter the table name VARID and execute. You will get all the SAP variants available in the SAP system.
Instead of listing all the variants, you can also, select to only display based on REPORT ( as in transaction code SE38) or by the VARIANT itself.
You can also make selection variants in transaction SE16N e.g. for on table LIKP.
I do not find these in VARID!

Some temporary variants (usually starting with &) are not present in VARID, but are present in table VARI.
