You can use report RSTRANSP from transaction code SE38 to transport program variant between clients or SAP system.
Enter the program and variant name.
Select the variant to transport and choose continue.
You will prompted for Workbench transport request. Create, assign description and save the transport request accordingly. You need to release the transport request and now, you can transport to any clients or SAP systems!
