Solution
Most probably it caused of the drop connection of DIR_TRANS directory with the domain controller. You can double check by executing the report RSTPTEST.
To solve the issue, you may need to bring up / mount the \usr\sap\trans directory – so that, the TP domain controller will be readable again from this SAP system.
