By default in transaction code SM50, you will not see the CPU time listed. The CPU column will only be in blank. If you want to list out the CPU time in the transaction code SM50, just press the keyboard button CTRL + SHIFT + F6.
You can also go to List > CPU. The CPU time usage will be displayed.
