You are trying to surf the internet but below error coming out, The proxy server is refusing connections.
Solution
There are possible 2 causes for this error,
• If your network is on proxy, make sure they are correctly entered.
• If your network is not using proxy, deselect the option to use the proxy server.
You can do the changes on proxy server from the Control Panel > Internet Options. Go to Connections tab and click on LAN settings.
If your network is using proxy server, ensure the address and port are correct. Else, if not under proxy server – deselect the option.
