The following steps has been done on SAP NetWeaver 7.3 JAVA. Before get started, you must have requested / received the license from SAP.
Firstly, navigate to the following address by using web browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla, etc..). The xx is your SAP system number.
http://HOSTNAME:5xx00/nwa
Select Configuration > Infrastructure > Licenses.
Click Install from File. Locate the license file (text format) and click Add to install the license. Yes, you are done!
