You are getting ABAP dump error while executing the SGEN process. From the transaction code ST22, below ABAP dump is found,

Runtime Errors LOAD_VERSION_LOST
Program “SAPLSUU6” had to be reloaded after being pushed out of the local
program buffer due to a memory bottleneck. The version of the program
in the database had the wrong load format however.This error can occur if multiple application servers with different
load formats are using the same database.
The load format normally changes when switching to a different R3
release.
The error probably occurred when installing the
R/3 system.
Solution
Refer to the SAP Note 672268 – Runtime error LOAD_VERSION_LOST.
