Timeout for connecting to other gateways
Parameter Description
This parameter specifies the timeout value for the Niconnect calls in milliseconds. If the connection to the other gateway is not successful in this period, an error is sent to the caller. If the parameter has the value 0 (default), the connection is made without blocking (NiBufCinnect).
