Set this parameter to avoid users logging on with initial or expired user accounts.
Parameter Description
By default, it is possible to log on with initial or expired user accounts without an error. If you want to avoid logons using initial or expired user accounts, you need to set this profile parameter to the value “1” (that is, icf/reject_expired_passwd = 1).
