Cancel strategy of ICM
Parameter Description
Specifies the cases in which the ICM is allowed to send a soft cancel to the work process. Following values are possible:
• 0: The ICM never sends a soft cancel to a work process
• 1: The ICM can only send a soft cancel to a work process if the session is stateless.
• 2: The ICM can send a soft cancel to the work process regardless of whether the session is stateful or stateless.
For example, the ICM sends a soft cancel if the connection to the browser is terminated or a timeout has been exceeded. However, with the default value 1, this does not happen for stateful sessions, and the user context in the back end is therefore retained.
