Parameter Description
You can use this parameter to control whether the system checks whether the password used for a password-based logon fulfills the current password rules and, if necessary, prompts the user to change his or her password.

Users of types ‘SERVICE’ and ‘SYSTEM’ are excluded in principle from the requirement to change passwords and are therefore not affected by this parameter.
