Number of dialog work processes
Parameter Description
Number of work processes for the processing of requests with short runtimes. These include:
• Requests from SAP GUI sessions
• RFC / HTTP / ATP requests
• Internal requests
The number of work processes is not, however, defined for the entire lifetime of the application server, but can be dynamically changed by an operation mode switch.
