Default: 60000 Byte.
If this cache overflows, the buffer is automatically reorganized. The buffer is also reorganized if any character set is invalid. Creation and reorganization of the buffer result in system log messages that contain the string “Buffer RSTSCCC”. You should enlarge the buffer if automatic reorganizations occur repeatedly. Delete all entries as described in Activating a character set before the enlargement of the buffer
