Transaction code STAD is used to calculates the resource usage of individual transactions for ABAP systems and provides a detailed analysis of a transaction and the dialog steps. The selection criteria include user, transaction, program, task type, start date, and start time. The statistical records contain detailed information about:
• Proportions of the response time
• Database accesses
• Memory use
• RFC calls
Note
This analysis makes sense if you want to analyze the performance on this detailed level. However, this is usually not done by Database Support. Transaction Workload Monitor ST03N displays the value determined here in aggregated form.
