ORA-00837: Specified value of MEMORY_TARGET greater than MEMORY_MAX_TARGET

Cause

The specified value of MEMORY_TARGET was greater than MEMORY_MAX_TARGET.

Action

Set MEMORY_TARGET less than or equal to MEMORY_MAX_TARGET.
