
Symptom
You are getting below error while opening the transaction code NWBC / CRM_UI via Internet Explorer.
JavaScript must be activated in the browser JavaScript is however deactivated in your browser; check the browser settings

Solution
In our case, the error occurred on Internet Explorer 11.
1. Open the Internet Explorer browser. Go to Internet Options and jump to Security tab. Click on Custom Level.

2. Scroll down and look for Scripting. Under the Active scripting, choose Enable. Click Apply and OK.

3. Refresh the web browser session again.

Alternatively, you can just set Security level to Medium from the Default level option.
