EPM Add-in Wrong Authentication – The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized

Symptom

You have setup the connection via EPM Add-in but the end up with below error,

Solution

• 1844530 – EPM Add-in: Wrong Authentication – The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized
• 2066036 – Wrong Authentication – The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized when connecting in EPM Add-in
• 1784191 – Upgrade to EPM Excel Add-In results in “Wrong Authentication” Error Message
