Diagnosis
To continue processing, the system requires an active node that is responsible for the recipient (type INT).
System Response
The sending was terminated.
Procedure
Check the SAPconnect settings. The message can only be sent if there is an active node for which the address range contains the address.
From the transaction code SCOT, drill down to Business Communication Administration > Settings > SMTP Connection > Outbound Messages > SMTP Nodes. Example from below screenshot, you may put specific domain email address or you may just put * which will allow all domains.
