During the SWPM / 70SWPM execution, you are getting below error message,
No such file ‘E:\VIND\XML7XX\control.xml’.
Solution
Referring to the SAP Note 2464965,
Move all files and directories of SWPM / 70SWPM from drive root (i.e. C:\) to a directory (i.e. C:\install) and run sapinst from that location.
