There is no statistics data in the SWNCMONI performance database.

The application terminated.
Procedure
It is possible that the workload collector is not scheduled. To schedule the collector, in Expert user mode, choose Collector -> Perf. Monitor Collector -> Execution Times in the left subscreen.
The system displays the Contents of table TCOLL screen. Ensure that the SWNCCOLL report is scheduled hourly.
