RSNAPJOB is a standard scheduling of the SNAP reorganization. The reorganization program normally runs every day at 0100, but you can change the frequency to every week in systems with fewer short dumps each day.
This applies to nearly all systems anyway. The specified variant controls the maximum number of SNAP entries (to protect against a table overflow) and the number of entries you can delete at once (mass problem for rollback segments).
