You wanted to get the list of SNOTE implemented in certain dates but in transaction SNOTE, the information is unavailable.
If you want to get the information, please use transaction code SE16 or SE16N. Enter the table name as CWBNTMSG.
The important part here is the time stamp (TSTAMP), as example below, the From Value (20.190.828.000.000) (2019-08-28) and To Value (20.190.928.000.000) (2019-09-28).
