During MAIN_SHDRUN/ACT_UPG, below error message coming out,
Activation of table type "/BIC/WB0000103000"
Row type "/BIC/B0000103000" is not active or does not exist
Table type "/BIC/WB0000103000" was not activated
Table type "/BIC/WB0000103000" could not be activated
Solution
As per SAP Note 2371787 – ACT_UPG: Activation error in objects /BIC/B0000103000, /BIC/B0000104000 and /BIC/B0000105000,
In case only these objects are shown in the ACT_UPG phase you can ACCEPT the non-severe errors and proceed with the upgrade. Once the upgrade is done, replicate and reactivate the Datasource(s), to which the affected PSA tables belong to.
Important: Only ACCEPT non-severe errors if just the objects mentioned in the Symptom of this KBA are shown in the log errors. While in the ACT_UPG phase no objects should be activated as it may cause inconsistences in the next phases.
