When you launch the SOAMANAGER, below error message prompted,
There are severe inconsistencies in the Web Service configuration
Usage of Business Application ID in logical system consistent
This error is possibly because of system refresh or system copy activity.
Solution
Refer to SAP Note 2353589 – Consistency Check for Soamanager.
Step 1: Click on Goto Consistency Check.
Step 2: Select Business Application ID as consistency check. Click on Action
Step 3: Click on Repair
Step 4: It’s now green!
