When you open the transaction code ST02, below message appear,
SAP statistics turned off
If you click on OK, you will see there’s nothing populated inside below table on ST02 screen.

Diagnosis
The SAP statistic has been turned off via the current profile.
Procedure
Set the profile parameter “rsdb/staton” to value 1. This change will be effective after restarting the SAP System.
