Solution
Referring to SAP Note 2820957 – Destinations SAP-SUPPORT_PARCELBOX and SAP-SUPPORT_NOTE_DOWNLOAD giving error 401 Unauthorized.
The technical user maintain for the RFC connection is locked. You have to go https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/techuser page and unlock the user.
