The RFC connection test for SAP-SUPPORT_NOTE_DOWNLOAD return with status HTTP response 404.

Taken from the SAP Note 2815061 – HTTP Response 404 for Digitally Signed SAP Notes’ RFCs,
This behavior is not an error, as explained in the troubleshooting section of SAP Note 2738426 – “Automated Configuration of new Support Backbone Communication”. No action is required.

SM59: MANUAL connection test of the connection SAP-SUPPORT_NOTE_DOWNLOAD returns http code 404 – not found: connection is OK, for note download the path of the note is added.
The task list performs an connection test for the connections SAP-SUPPORT_PORTAL (ping) and SAP-SUPPORT_PARCELBOX (ping & authorization). If both are OK, also the connection SAP-SUPPORT_NOTE_DOWNLOAD is OK.
