Step 1: Open transaction code SE38 and in the program field, press F4.
Step 2: Click on Information System.
Step 3: Click on All Selections (SHIFT + F7).
Step 4: Enter user name in the Program Author field. You can have multiple names here. Press Enter and you will get the list of programs created by the user(s).
