While login in to the persona URL, you are getting and stuck with below error message,
Solution
In transaction code /n/PERSONAS/ADMIN, go to Tools and double click on Health Check.
Go to Notes Status and perform the Check Notes. The Check Notes will perform the checking and download the latest SNOTE from the SAP.
You will have to perform the SNOTE deployment using the transaction code SNOTE. There are some manual corrections involved and do capture all changes via transport – to move them into next subsequent system.
We couldn’t rule out which SAP Note specifically do the fixes but you must deploy all the SAP Notes mentioned in the above list before you can work on the PERSONAS and of course resolving this issue.
