Confirm the queue in Note Assistant.
You have checked in transaction code SNOTE but could not find any buttons to click and confirm the queue completion.
Solution
Open transaction code SE37. Enter OCS_API_CONFIRM_QUEUE in the function module field.
Press execute, leave the default value and press execute again.
Once done, go back to the transaction code SPAM and you will see the queue status will be in confirmed state now.
