In SM59, the connection test to SAP-SUPPORT_PORTAL is failing with HTTPIO_PLG_CANCELED error message.
Solution
The SAP-SUPPORT_PORTAL RFC connection requires HTTPS service. You have to ensure the HTTPS service is active in the transaction code SMICM.
