You are getting the below message when opening transaction code RSA3.
Report RSBATCH_WRITE_PROT_TO_APPLLOG not planned.

Procedure
Plan program RSBATCH_WRITE_PROT_TO_APPLLOG as a periodic job using report
RSSM_PLAN_PROTWRITE_TO_APPLLOG. For further details, see SAP Notes 2205739 and 769414.
Solution
As stated in the procedure, launch report RSSM_PLAN_PROTWRITE_TO_APPLLOG via transaction code SE38.
- Display Jobs – To see if the system has existing job scheduled
- Delete All Jobs – To delete the scheduled batch job
So, in our case now, click on Plan Job to schedule a new batch job.
Click on Immediate and set as a periodic job.
Note: For a production system, the time period should not be more than 15 minutes. The old default was five minutes.
