The error could be possibly because of the RFC connection issue or your SAP Solution Manager availability, hostname or SID changed.
Solution
The recommended way is to re-configure the customize synchronization within the SAP Solution Manager. You might want to refer to this blog, Customizing Synchronization by using Solution Manager 7.2 for further explanations.
Another option is (fastest way), just delete the unwanted entries as in table SCDTSYNC. This has to be done in the satellite system.

Else, if you are okay with the error message, you can just ignore and bypass it by just pressing the keyboard Enter button. As long as you can live with the error message 🙂
