Minimum number of segments in use to continue averaging
Parameter Description
This parameter defines the minimum number of active segments required for averaging to occur. If a system becomes idle over high, then this period should probably not be included in system averaging. To accomplish this, set this value to the minimum number of segments that must be in use to constitute a system that is active.
