Parameter Description
Specifies the maximum number of threads that standalone enqueue server 2 tries to keep free. As a result, it can quickly respond to incoming client requests one after another. This is only possible if standalone enqueue server 2 has not yet created the maximum number of threads (parameter enq/io/max_threads).
You must set the parameter clearly less than enq/io/max_threads!

The value in this parameter will only be used if standalone enqueue server 2 is used; see enq/enable.
