We are getting this error message when performing the ADS testing using the report FP_TEST_00. The error log below is taken from the NWA Log Viewer.
Solution
You might want to refer to the below SAP Notes,

By the way, we manage to resolve the issue by installing the latest Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable. You can go to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170 to download the latest/applicable version to your Windows Server operating system.
