You are getting below error message while trying to download the SNOTE from your SAP system.
Error in remote connection: HTTP request for SAP-SUPPORT_PORTAL failed: Unauthorized
Message No. SB330
Diagnosis
An error occurred during RFC communication with a remote system. The message returned by the RFC interface is:
HTTP request for SAP-SUPPORT_PORTAL failed: Unauthorized
System Response
No data was transmitted from or to the remote system.
Procedure
Notify the system administrator.
Solution
- Please refer to the SAP Note 3053425 – Download test note 2424539, “HTTP request for SAP-SUPPORT_PORTAL failed: Unauthorized”. Go to Logon & Security tab and ensure the Language is set to EN and Client to 001.
- Please ensure the technical user is having the correct password and not in locked state. Refer to SAP Note 2392726 – How to unlock a Technical Communication User ID (e.g. “401” errors) and follow the steps to unlock or change the password of the technical user.
