Go to transaction code SE10.
Based on your requirement, you can tick all request type boxes, or just select Customizing and Workbench requests. Under Request Status, choose Modifiable if you want to see transports that have not been released yet, or choose Released if you want to see only released transport requests.
You can also select both if needed. Then click Display.
Now, from the top menu, go to Goto and select Display as List.
From here, you can export the transport list to an Excel spreadsheet.
