You uninstalled the software component from the system, but the product still appears under System -> Status -> Installed Product Version.
This happens because when the uninstallation is carried out via SAINT without using stack.xml, the table that stores the “Installed Product Version” details is not updated. As a result, the product still appears under “Installed Product Version” even though the software component has already been removed from the system.
Solution
As per SAP Note 3198770, this issue will be corrected during the next upgrade using stack.xml. Alternatively, you can use the CISI file to update the “Installed Product Version”, referring to SAP Note 1816146
