You can use report RSM02INIT to delete and clear all messages in your SAP system.
Launch transaction code SE38, enter the program name RSM02INIT, and click Execute. Once executed, the report will remove all existing system messages.
Alternatively, you can also delete the messages manually one by one from SM02. Please refer to SAP 1179456 – SM02: Resetting tables for system messages.
