Go to transaction code SE16N and enter the table name RFCDES. In the RFCOPTIONS field, enter *USER-ID* to search for any RFC destination that contains the specific user name.
This will help you identify which RFC destination is using that user ID.
Once executed, the result will show the user ID maintained in the RFC connection configured in SM59.
