Open transaction code SE37, fill in OCS_RESET_QUEUE and click on execute (F8).
In this example, we are going to reset spam queue. So, put SPAM in Value of IV_TOOL Import parameters. Put X in Value of IV_FORCE in Import parameters.
Select Yes to continue.
The OCS queue will be deleted and you can verify in transaction code SPAM.
