You can automate the monitoring by scheduling the calculation of the status and sending the information about incorrect runs to a previously defined list of recipients in the background.
1. Choose Automatic Notification icon. You will go to the screen for editing the message.
2. If required, create an introductory text for the information about the incorrect process chain runs.
3. Define the list of recipients for the message.
4. Save the message and go back to the previous screen.
5. To schedule report RSPC_MONITOR, choose Schedule Job icon. On the following screen, choose Schedule. On the next screen, enter a job name and a date of execution. Choose Schedule Periodically. In the next dialog box, define the interval at which the report should be executed and choose Continue.
6. When it is executed in the background, the report calculates the status for the process chains defined in transaction RSPC and sends a message about incorrect process chain runs to the recipient list you defined.
