
1. Using transaction code DB14, you can view the database administration (DBA) logs created by various SAP tools during operations on the Oracle database.

2. Choose BRSPACE, BRCONNECT, BRARCHIVE, or BRBACKUP to look at the logs for operations created using these tools. The logs contains the following information:
• Operation start – Start of the operation (date and time)
• Operation end – End of the operation (date and time)
• FID – Type of operation
• Oper ID – Oper ID for BR*Tools
• RC – Return codes
• Description – Description of the operation
3. You can view the details of the database operation by place the cursor on the operation and choose Choose, then Detailed log to see the detailed log held in the file system.

4. Choose Function IDs from the entry screen for a list of all possible database operations (function ID), their respective assignment to the executing program, and a short explanation of the operations. For operations not contained in Function IDs, choose Others. For a list of all operations executed, choose All.
